Quiet Hours begin at 10:00 pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous to the neighbors during your stay.

To promote responsible usage and sustainability, guests are kindly asked to be mindful of utility consumption during their stay. If electricity or water usage exceeds what would be considered reasonable for a home of this size—specifically, $125 for electricity and $125 for water—the difference may be billed to the guest. These thresholds are generous and exceed the typical costs for much larger homes. Thank you for helping us conserve resources and keep our home running efficiently.

Dog Policy:
-This house is dog-friendly. Please be respectful of those who will stay after you by cleaning up all pet waste and disposing of it in the large trash bins. Thank you in advance!
*One dog is welcome for an additional fee of $75 per week. The dog must be approved prior to check-in. No other animals are permitted unless they are service animals, for which no fees apply.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Window and portable units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area, if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees, it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning, unlike hotels, but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.
